Premier Property Management offer a thorough cleaning and laundry service to private residences and holiday home owners in the Eastern side of Cyprus. Our services can be arranged on a regular basis, once off or as and when required. We offer so much more than just cleaning! Take some time to read below.

Arrival Clean
We will carry out a full inspection upon departure of your guest to ensure that everything is in order with your property ready for your next guests arrival.

We carry out the following prior to your guests arrival:

• Strip all beds
• Clean wardrobes and drawers
• Clean all bathrooms/toilets
• Clean kitchen/living area Inc all appliances
• Clean patio doors and windows (when required)
• Dispose of all perishable food items
• Empty all waste bins and dispose of rubbish
• Sweep/vacuum and mop all areas
• Dust and polish all surfaces
• Clean and secure all garden furniture
• Close all blinds/curtains
• Reset key safe if required

Once the property has been cleaned and prepared for your next guest we will make sure and that the property is locked and secured.

Midstay Linen Change
The Midstay Linen Change is provided to all guests who stay for 8 days or more.

For your guests this can be a godsend, they can carry on enjoying their holiday whilst we go in and put fresh clean linen on the beds which will restore your property back to the level, which your guests walked into at the start of their rental.

We provide the following:

• Remake beds with fresh clean linen (laundry charges apply)
• Change towels
• Clear rubbish and replace rubbish bags

Pre-season Clean
The Pre-season Clean package is an ideal way to prepare your property for the forthcoming season.

This package will result in the property looking bright, clean, hygienic and ready for the new season ahead.

We provide the following to ensure your guests are happy on arrival:

• A full clean of the property – inside and out.
• Full clean of all appliances including moving them to clean underneath and behind.
• Empty and clean all kitchen cupboards and drawers.
• Wash and dry all crockery, glassware, cookware and cutlery.
• Check for expired foodstuffs and dispose of.
• Sterilise water coolers.
• Clean all interior and exterior light fittings and shades.
• Vacuum and turn mattresses.
• Clean blinds

Departure Clean

This package is provided when you have a gap of 7 days or more between bookings. Food and personal waste and rubbish will be removed as well as the guests linen and towels.
